What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 15 days as long as they are unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.

What items are non-returnable?

-Items marked as Final Sale.


-Merchandise with their original tags removed.

-Merchandise that has been worn, washed or damaged.

-Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is delivered back to our warehouse, your refund will be initiated within 15 business days.

How soon will I get my exchange order?

Your exchange order will be processed and queued for shipment at the time your return item is marked as Delivered to us by USPS. If the requested exchange item is out of stock at that time, the return request will change to an automatic refund to original payment method. Please note we cannot process exchanges to different styles.
